Do you ship internationally?
We can ship internationally. A fixed rate only applies within Belgium, other countries are calculated individually per shipment.
What is your returns policy?
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of 14 calendar days, unless otherwise specified, without stating reasons, given that the right of withdrawal applies to the good or service ordered by the customer. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Vallaey of their decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unambiguous statement (e.g. by post or e-mail).
